10 YEAR ANNIVERSARY CELEBRATION

Our 10th year has been a year of fun and excitement. We've successfully completed six Regional Great Kids Summits and they were absolutely amazing. Feedback from the youth has been "they love it". April 10th we celebrated with an incredible evening featuring a performance by Jimmy Wayne, honoring Dr. Thomas Young, M.D., Founder of Kentucky Child Now!

Embraced by a theme rich with Kentucky's heritage and traditions, what better way to celebrate Spring in the heart of Kentucky's Bluegrass!

#1 hit country music singer and songwriter, Jimmy Wayne. Jimmy shared his personal story of his turbulent youth and the emotional strength he gained from his experiences as a foster child and then later as a homeless teen.

We celebrated those who have made everything we do at Kentucky Child Now possible and who have helped to change the lives of Kentucky's youth! We also celebrated the possibilities of tomorrow. It was a magnificent evening brimming with inspiration, hope and the possibilities of tomorrow.
